Many people seek therapeutic help at some time in their lives. Does anxiety and/or depression affect your day-to-day life? This may be at a time of sudden change, for example loss of a job, divorce, or the death of someone close to you. Possibly a problem has arisen over time, as the result of a combination of life-changing circumstances or rerelationship/marriage difficulties.
I am able to draw on expertise in a variety of therapies, including brief solution-based therapy, cognitive behavioural and psychodynamic therapy, as well as hypnotherapy, in order to help you to make the right choices and decisions for yourself, to achieve your goals.
I offer a non-judgemental service and do not discriminate on any grounds of gender, sexual orientation, race, age or disability.
An initial short session is FREE to give both of us an opportunity to see if counselling will be helpful and appropriate for you. as well as the number of sessions likely to be needed. Sometimes brief therapy of 2-3 sessions is all that is required.
