What do I need to bring?
* Exercise mat
* Cushions or yoga support blocks
* Light blanket or shawl for relaxation
What do I need to wear?
Loose comfortable clothes -jogging trousers and loose top.
Please note that BOOKING is essential, as space is limited.
There will be 3 classes
each TUESDAY:
* Pregnant women
* Post natal women
* Beginner / Improvers
Information for classes
Yoga is an ancient and holistic form of meditation, breathing and gentle stretching and holding postures.
Yoga will help weight control, slimming, firming, relief of tension and stiffness, improvement in general health, emotional stability and a positive mental outlook.
Regardless of age or physical condition, students of yoga will see an improvement in their physical and mental wellbeing within the first session of yoga.

Elaine Necchi

Elaine is qualified in Hatha Yoga and specialises in teaching pregnant and post natal students. Elaine has been teaching gentle yoga for 4 years and is especially interested in yoga recovery from illness and stress.
Elaine trained with the British School of Yoga in Devon and the Life Centre for Pregnancy and
Post Natal Yoga.

£30 for a block of 6 sessions
£6.00 for ’drop in’ session
Sessions are for 1½ hours
